CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Due to the custom and creative nature of these services, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a service is booked or purchased. By submitting payment, you are confirming your commitment to move forward with the project. As such, cancellations are not accepted. Please ensure you are fully prepared before completing your purchase or booking. Rescheduling is allowed in the event of a genuine conflict or emergency must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation.
