How does the graphic design process work?
The first step is having a consultation call that can be done via phone call or video call, but there is an additional option to communicate via email. (We strongly recommend taking advantage of the consultation call.) During this conversation, there will be a complete understanding of what the client wants. Next there is the feedback and revisions stage. At this time, the design will be presented and the client will provide feedback. This process is repeated until the client is completely satisfied then the final delivery is sent via email.
Are there unlimited revisions?
No, clients have up to four revision rounds. If the client thinks of more changes as we are in the process of revising, we can still make those changes without it counting as an extra revision. That is why it is essential for clients to be fully transparent when providing feedback.
What is your turn around time?
The turn around time depends on the project and the amount of clients booking at the time. Most projects will take anywhere from one to three weeks. For bigger projects such as design bundles, catalogs, brochures, etc. will take anywhere from three weeks up to 3 months. It is important that all clients maintain very effective communication for bigger projects.
Do you provide printing services?
No, although we primarily focus on designing, we provide print-ready files to ensure the best quality output for your printed materials.
Can we schedule calls throughout the process?
Clients that are booking bigger projects such as bundles, catalogs, or brochures will be the only ones that has this option available due to the long and extensive process.
Do you have a portfolio for clients to view?
We are in the process of creating a new and improved one. As soon as it is complete, it will be available right here on the site. We highly recommend going on our social media platforms to see some of our work. We appreciate everyone for their patience as we are in the middle of a huge transition.
How can I get started with your graphic design services?
Visit our Services page or if you are looking for a bundle, explore the Design Bundle Suite. Once you find the service(s) that you need to book, you will receive an email within 24 hours to schedule a consultation call if you'd like and we will proceed with the process from there.
What if I don't have a clear vision for my design project?
No worries! We specialize in helping clients bring their ideas to life. During our consultation, we'll discuss your goals and preferences. Do not feel discouraged if you don't have a visual idea because a design can always be created that solely focuses on the client's needs when it comes to their branding.
