How do I book a service?
You can book directly through the website using the service menu. Select what you need, follow the prompts, and submit your payment to officially lock in your project.
Are consultations required?
Yes — all services begin with a required consultation. It ensures alignment on goals, scope, and creative direction before any design work begins
What’s the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround varies depending on the service. Each listing includes an estimated timeline, and a more accurate one will be shared after your consultation.
How many revisions are included?
All services include up to 3 revision rounds. Additional revision rounds beyond that will incur a fee, which will be discussed before proceeding
Do you offer payment plans?
No — full payment is required upfront before the design process begins. This helps maintain workflow and ensure commitment from both parties.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within a very tight timeframe due to the limited number of projects taken at a time. Please refer to the Policies page for full details
Do you provide printing services?
No — RM Design provides high-quality digital design files only. You are responsible for printing through a vendor of your choice once your final files are delivered
What file types will I receive?
You’ll receive all final files in standard, high-resolution formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, or MP4 depending on service). If you need specific formats, just ask during the process.
Can I use my designs however I want once I receive them?
Yes — you’ll have full usage rights for your brand or business needs. RM Design retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio or on social media.
