Turnaround times vary depending on the project scope and current workload. Estimated delivery windows will be provided upon booking. Delays caused by client inaction (e.g., lack of materials, missed responses, etc.) may result in adjusted timelines. You will always be updated along the way.

Each service includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. After the third round, an additional fee of $15 per revision will be charged. Please be thorough and clear with feedback to ensure efficient updates.

Due to the custom and creative nature of these services, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a service is booked or purchased. By submitting payment, you are confirming your commitment to move forward with the project. As such, cancellations are not accepted. Please ensure you are fully prepared before completing your purchase or booking.Rescheduling is allowed in the event of a genuine conflict or emergency, but must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation. No-call, no-shows will result in forfeited sessions.

All original design files and source materials remain the property of RM Design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted full usage rights to final, delivered files. Redistribution, reselling, or modification of original assets without permission is prohibited.

Final files will be delivered digitally via email or secure file-sharing link. Delivery includes only the agreed-upon formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.). Editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD) are not included unless previously discussed and purchased as an add-on.

​All project communication will take place via email. Please ensure you check the email used at checkout for updates. It is the client’s responsibility to respond in a timely manner to avoid delays. Mistakes do occur , this is why open communication is key. If at any point something seems wrong, unclear, or not what you expected, please speak up promptly. This helps address concerns early and keeps the project on track. The goal is collaboration, not micromanagement—your feedback is important to make sure the final result meets your vision.

​Consultations are required for upscale services or bundle packages. If your service requires a consultation, it must be scheduled before any work begins. Failure to book may delay or forfeit your project.

Professional conduct is expected at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the project without refund. Please respect boundaries and maintain a business-forward relationship at all times. RM Design reserves the right to disengage from any project where emotional manipulation, passive aggression, or blurred boundaries begin to interfere with the work process.
